The Hima 2025 International Conference " International Conference on Purchase and Merger in the Health Sector" took place on November 21 in Hanoi, gathering more than 150 domestic and foreign delegates, including management agencies, M&A experts and investors. The event focused on M&A in the Vietnamese healthcare industry for the first time, aiming to remove legal barriers, standardize processes and promote investment capital flows into the healthcare ecosystem.

Experts at the conference all agreed that transparency in legal issues is a prerequisite if Vietnam wants to develop a modern healthcare ecosystem, attract strategic capital flows and expand international cooperation.

The Ministry of Health strongly supports the spirit of legal transparency and the formation of multilateral solidarity alliances to develop the health sector sustainably.
