Many booths posted product information with the status of "still in stock", with the price of 1,399,900 VND.
The description at most booths shows that this is formula milk imported from the US, for babies and babies from 0-12 months old.
Although there has been no official announcement of a recall in Vietnam, the appearance of the product on e-commerce platforms has made many parents express their concerns.

Currently, the authorities have not issued an official announcement regarding the trading of this product on the online market.

Previously, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it was investigating many cases of botulinum poisoning in infants in 10 states. These cases are suspected to be related to ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula formula.
The FDA said ByHeart Inc. has recalled two milk lots with license plates 206VABP/251261P2 and 206VABP/251131P2, after many children had to be hospitalized for using products from these two lots. Cases have been reported in Arizona, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas and Washington; there have been no deaths.
ByHeart products are sold online and at many retail chains, accounting for about 1% of the US formula market share.
The CDC recommends that users check the batch number, throw away or return the recalled product, and carefully clean the tools that have come into contact with the milk. Children who have drunk milk and show signs of poor breastfeeding, muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing, and reduced expressions should be taken to the doctor immediately.
