On May 18, Nghe An Provincial Police coordinated with Nghe An Department of Health to organize the inauguration ceremony of project items at Nghe An Social Work Center, Do Luong commune, Nghe An province.
The project includes a 60-seat housing area for sponsored people and a synchronously invested dining and kitchen area, with a total budget of more than 16.3 billion VND supported by the Ministry of Public Security mobilizing social resources.
In which, the 2-story residential area has a construction area of more than 1,148m2, arranged with 16 closed rooms and 2 common living rooms. The project is invested in a water supply and drainage system, fire prevention and fighting system, and a nearly 400m2 front living yard to serve entertainment and activities for subjects in the center.

The dining and kitchen area is nearly 320m2 wide, including a dining room, cooking area, preliminary processing room and warehouse, built synchronously with technical infrastructure and auxiliary items.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police - said that the People's Police force always identifies social security work and community activities as important political tasks. Besides ensuring security and order, the police force also focuses on caring for difficult circumstances and disadvantaged children, contributing to building a sustainable social security foundation.
According to leaders of Nghe An Department of Health, Nghe An Social Work Center is currently caring for and nurturing abandoned children, orphans, disabled children and many other special subjects. The investment in new items is of practical significance, helping to improve the quality of care and create a better living environment for the subjects being nurtured here.
