The product was announced by Vinh Thinh Vuong Production & Trading Company Limited (Binh Phu village, Yen Phu commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province).
In Decision No. 313/QD-ATTP dated the same day, the Department revoked the validity of the certificate of declaration of health protection food products ENtersOVINA, receipt number 5803/2019/DKSP issued on May 23, 2019. The product was announced by Nguyen Minh Pharmaceutical and Trading Company Limited (No. 45, Lane 79, Group 28, Quan Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District (old), Hanoi).
In addition, Decision No. 314/QD-ATTP revoked the effectiveness of the declaration paper for 4 health protection food products issued by Kingphar Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Binh Phu village, Yen Phu commune, Yen My district (old), Hung Yen).
In Decision No. 315/QD-ATTP, the Department also revoked the effectiveness of the declaration paper for 2 health protection food products of Nano Pharma Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (No. 9 Nguyen Xien, Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District (old), Hanoi).
The Food Safety Department requires businesses to stop product circulation, carry out recalls and promptly report the results according to regulations.
