    Nghe An - Many key personnel in the provincial health sector were appointed and transferred.

    On December 6, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that it had just issued a decision to establish a Board of Directors and appoint the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nghe An General Hospital.

    Accordingly, the hospital management board consists of 11 members, representing the Provincial People's Committee at the hospital, performing strategic tasks on organization, personnel, investment, supervision and governance according to the new model.

    Specialist Doctor Trinh Xuan Nam, Deputy Director of Nghe An General Hospital was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nghe An General Hospital.

    The Director of Nghe An Department of Health also issued a decision to transfer and appoint Dr. Ho Giang Nam - Chief of Office of the Department of Health, to hold the position of Director of Nghe An Mental Hospital from December 1, 2025.

    The simultaneous personnel changes are expected to contribute to perfecting the apparatus, improving governance effectiveness and creating new changes for Nghe An's health sector in the period of 2025 - 2030.
