The temperature on March 15 ranges from 6 degrees Celsius during the day to -2 degrees Celsius at night, down about 5 degrees Celsius compared to March 14.
As of 1:00 p.m. on March 15, northern districts such as Hoai Nhu, Dien Khanh and Mat Van have issued a yellow warning about slippery roads, forecasting snowfall all day and evening.
China applies a four-level weather warning system for strong winds, with red being the most severe, followed by orange, yellow and blue.

The Vietnam National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on March 16, cold air will continue to affect other places in the Northwest and Central Central regions, then affect some places in the South Central regions. Inland, the northeast wind is level 3-4, coastal areas are level 4-5, and some places have gusts of level 6.
Regarding temperature, the North and North Central regions will be cold, with some mountainous areas in the North experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature is generally 13-17 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas it is below 10 degrees Celsius.
From the night of March 16, the area from Quang Binh to Hue will turn cold, with the lowest temperature of 17-19 degrees Celsius.

Quang Tri to Ba Ria - Vung Tau and the Central East Sea from the afternoon of March 16 will have northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas.
