Both Pham Thi Yen and her partner are soldiers. The former striker of the Vietnam women's volleyball team currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Meanwhile, her partner is Lieutenant Colonel Dang Duc Chung - currently working in the Public Security sector.
The photo series was shared while the whole country was joining in the atmosphere of celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2. Therefore, the beautiful images of the military couple both express their love for their homeland and are a happy moment of love.
According to the former volleyball beauty queen born in 1985, during the National Day holiday on September 2, she had a duty schedule at the unit. Meanwhile, Duc Chung's husband also performed the duties during this year's big celebration. Although busy, both felt very happy and excited to welcome the National Independence Day.



Pham Thi Yen and her husband got married last June. The once-famous beauty queen of Vietnamese women's volleyball always received special support from her "other half".
