Vietnam Karate and Boxing announces hot prize levels at SEA Games 33

Athletes of the Vietnamese karate and boxing teams will be "hotly rewarded" if they win medals at the 33rd SEA Games.

On December 5, the Karate department (Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports) announced the "hot" awards of 10 million VND, 7 million VND and 5 million VND respectively, corresponding to each gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal at the 33rd SEA Games.

This is a reward that the Karate department (Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports) calls for resources to support Vietnamese Karate fighters. The Vietnamese karate team decided to register 19 fighters to compete in Thailand.

Meanwhile, the Vietnam Boxing Federation has announced a "hot" prize for each SEA Games 33 gold medal of 2,000 USD (more than 26 million VND).

Each silver medal will be awarded a "hot" reward of 300 USD (more than 7 million VND) and the bronze medal will have a prize of 5 million VND.

The Vietnamese boxing team has an official list of participants in the 33rd SEA Games, including Vo Thi Kim Anh, Ngo Ngoc Linh Chi, Ha Thi Linh, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tran, Nguyen Huyen Tran, Hoang Ngoc Mai (women), Nguyen Linh Phung, Bui Phuoc Tung, Tran Quang Loc, Nguyen Minh Cuong, Nguyen Van Duong, Nguyen Manh Cuong, Nguyen Duc Ngoc (men).

Among them, Vo Thi Kim Anh and Ha Thi Linh attended the 2024 Olympics in France.

At the 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia, the Vietnam boxing Team had Ha Thi Linh (63kg women) and Bui Phuoc Tung (71kg men) win gold medals.

The goal of the Vietnam boxing Team is to strive to win 2 gold medals at the 33rd SEA Games. In Thailand this time, boxing will organize 17 events for men and women.

In addition to the above bonus of the Vietnam Boxing Federation, former General Secretary of the Vietnam Boxing Federation, Mr. Vu Duc Thinh, also announced that he will reward 500 USD (more than 13 million VND) for each SEA Games 33 gold medal.

Former boxer Truong Dinh Hoang will also award 10 million VND to the athlete who won the gold medal at the 33rd SEA Games.
