In particular, the plan to organize the 33rd SEA Games Departure Ceremony for the main coaches and athletes in Hanoi has been developed.
The program was reported by the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports to the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism before being approved. The expected time of organization is the end of November.
With the 33rd SEA Games, Vietnamese sports will develop a professional plan expected to compete in 47 sports and sub-sports with the goal of being in the top 3 countries in terms of medal achievements.
The 33rd SEA Games will be officially held from December 9 to December 20 in Songkhla, Bangkok and Chonburi cities of Thailand. The festival has 50 sports, including 547 events organized. Some sports, including men's football, will start from December 3.
