According to the VFF's announcement, the players were disciplined for playing improperly, seriously affecting the integrity and fairness of the tournament as well as the prestige of the organization.
According to the content of the decisions, each player is fined 2.5 million VND and suspended from playing for the next 5 matches in tournaments managed and organized by the VFF. The disciplinary level is applied based on the current regulations of the VFF for acts of distorting the professional nature of the match.
The VFF Disciplinary Committee emphasized that strict handling of violations is aimed at ensuring transparency, fairness and preserving the image of national football leagues, especially in youth leagues, which play an important role in training and developing players.
