Perspectives and forecasts
It is forecasted that in the first week of 2026, domestic pepper prices will continue to move sideways or adjust in a narrow range to establish a new price level before entering the peak harvest season after the Lunar New Year.
With global production forecasts declining due to climate change, the supply and demand balance in 2026 is still assessed to lean in favor of sellers in the medium and long term.
