On the same day, the People's Committee of Can Tho City held a conference to deploy decisions on early retirement for 9 deputy directors of the department: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Giang - Deputy Director of the Department of Health; Mr. Duong Vinh Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Ms. Tran Hoai Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Doan Trung Kien - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Tran Quoc Theo - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Mr. Quach Hoang Dep - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Ma Chi Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Huu Ai - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Pham Huan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The above personnel will retire early from September 1 according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP.

On August 30, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving 140 civil servants, public employees and workers eligible for early retirement and termination of employment policies under Decree 178, Decree 67.

At the Department of Finance, 4 Deputy Directors including Mr. Ngo Van Dung, Mr. Huynh Muoi, Mr. Le Van Trung, and Ms. U Thi Thanh were given early retirement.

The Department of Education and Training has two deputy directors who retired early, Ms. Dinh Thi Lan and Mr. Tran Sy.

At the Department of Industry and Trade, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Nga and Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy also received early retirement decisions.

On August 25, 2025, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Notice No. 2228-TB/TU on early retirement for Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
