Based on Clause 1, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall conduct public opinion on the awarding and posthumous awarding of the title of Hero to collectives and individuals proposed for commendation mentioned above.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the contributed opinions should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Central Emulation and Commendation Committee, address No. 103 Quan Thanh Street, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi City).
