1. Mr. Dinh Duc Canh - Chief Inspector of Bac Ninh province (former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province).
2. Mr. Ta Viet Hung - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province (former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Giang province).
3. Mr. Truong Quang Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province (former Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang province).
4. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien - former Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Cooperative Alliance.
Bonus level: 10,530,000 VND/individual. Total bonus: 42,120,000 VND.
Point e, Clause 1, Article 44 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation stipulates one of the criteria for awarding or posthumously awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to individuals as follows:
"I have been awarded the "Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister" and then continuously for 5 years or more until the time of application to be recognized for good or better task completion, during that time 1 year or more is recognized for excellent task completion and 3 times is awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level".
