Ha Tinh: Remove a principal for allowing many violations in management
On October 4, the leader of Kim Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province, said that the locality had just issued a decision to remove Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten.
Previously, the Party Committee of Kim Hoa commune also issued a decision to discipline and remove Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Secretary of the school cell.
According to the authorities, Ms. Thuy has committed many violations during the management process, not complying with the instructions and operations of the Commune People's Committee and related agencies, leading to affecting the rights of cadres, teachers, employees as well as the educational activities of the unit.
Despite being asked many times, Ms. Thuy did not register her signature and open an account at the State Treasury to pay salaries and allowances to staff, teachers and employees. The incident caused 15 staff and teachers of Son Ham Kindergarten to not receive their salaries for many consecutive months.

Disciplining 2 officials who proposed to use Bao Dai tower relic as a place to live
On October 3, the leader of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee confirmed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee had reviewed and disciplined party members according to its authority.
The Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee has decided to discipline Mr. Tran Duc Ha - Director of the Khanh Hoa Cultural Heritage Conservation Center and Mr. Le Xuan Loi - Deputy Director of the center with a reprimand.
The reason is that these two people are related to the proposal to display Bao Dai tower relic as public housing for officials; violated regulations, caused bad public opinion, affected the reputation of agencies, organizations, units, and the image of the locality.
Inspection Committees at all levels in Da Nang discipline 16 party members
On October 3, the Inspection Committee (IC) of the City Party Committee held a conference to review the inspection and supervision work in the third quarter; deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.
According to the report, in the third quarter, Party committees at all levels inspected 40 Party organizations and 2,180 Party members (including 237 Party committee members), inspected when there were signs of violations against 1 Party member, supervised 22 Party organizations and 763 Party members (including 90 Party committee members).
Inspection Commissions at all levels inspected 4 Party members (including 1 Party Committee member), inspected the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks for 39 Party organizations, inspected the enforcement of Party discipline for 11 Party organizations, inspected Party finances for 44 Party organizations, supervised 40 Party organizations and 29 Party members (including 25 Party Committee members), and resolved denunciations against 1 Party member who is a Party Committee member.
Party committees at all levels and Party cells have disciplined 8 Party members (Reprimand 2, Warning 4, Expulsion 2), Inspection Commissions at all levels have disciplined 16 Party members (Reprimand 1, Warning 4, Expulsion 11.
The main violations of party members are compliance with Party policies and regulations, State laws; working regulations; regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; violating the law.
