The Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee recommended that the Prime Minister direct the Ministry of National Defense to pay attention and promptly consider and resolve the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province to report and propose to the Prime Minister to decide on the dual use of Phan Thiet Airport project (civil aviation category under the form of BOT contract).
This is the basis for the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval to adjust the investment policy of the Phan Thiet Airport Project, civil aviation item under the form of a BOT contract.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also recommended that the Government and the Prime Minister pay attention to and consider the investment planning policy for the expressway connecting the three provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Nong, Binh Thuan (East - West axis) to connect the Central Highlands with the East Sea.
