According to the Central Propaganda and Training Commission, the Conference is organized to help cadres and party members grasp the core contents, new points, and focuses of Resolutions and Directives; on that basis, concretize them into practical, feasible, and effective action programs and plans; contribute to enhancing the responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and heads in organizing implementation; ensure that Resolutions, Directives, and Plenary Sessions are deployed synchronously and smoothly from the Central to the grassroots levels; create unity, consensus, consolidate trust, and arouse political determination and the spirit of innovation and creativity throughout the Party, the entire people, and the entire army, successfully implementing revolutionary goals and tasks in the new period.
The conference is organized directly combined with online nationwide (main bridge point at Dien Hong meeting room, National Assembly House, No. 01 Doc Lap street, Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi city); connecting to the bridge points of provincial Party committees, city Party committees, Party committees directly under the Central Government and grassroots-level bridge points; organizing live broadcasts on VOV1, VOV traffic channels of Voice of Vietnam and live television on VTV1, VTVgo channels of Vietnam Television.
