The Politburo and the Secretariat have just issued Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW on a number of key tasks that need to be focused on implementing the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units from now until June 30, 2025.
Accordingly, the Politburo and the Secretariat basically agreed with the report on the situation and progress of implementing the organizational structure of the political system in the spirit of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference of XIII (from 4.5 to May 14, 2025) by the Central Organizing Committee and the Government Party Committee. Agreeing with the recommendations and proposals stated in the reports on the tasks that need to be focused from now until June 30, 2025 to ensure the successful implementation of the set goals.
Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW also clearly states the requirement for Party committees, Party organizations, and functional agencies in the process of implementing tasks and solutions to be extremely urgent, proactive, ensuring progress, requirements, closely following the conclusions and instructions of the Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat, and not to delay any work.
In Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW, the Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Central Party Office to preside over:
Guiding the completion of procedures to implement payment of benefits for cadres, civil servants, and public employees who quit their jobs due to arrangement at central agencies and party committees.
Guiding Party committees at all levels to urgently organize the implementation of document digitization, ensuring the safety of documents of Party committees and organizations according to regulations; coordinating with the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance to guide the handling of the Party Committee headquarters after the arrangement.
Conclusion No. 155-KL/TW also stated that the assignment of the Central Inspection Committee shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Government Inspectorate Party Committee to guide the inspection committee at all levels and inspection agencies at all levels to review, monitor, inspect and supervise the results of the implementation of tasks and contents according to the resolutions, conclusions and directions of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat on the organization of the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authorities, the local authority decentralization.
