The Ministry of Home Affairs issued Decision No. 4/QD-BNV on announcing newly issued and abolished administrative procedures in Decree No. 352/2025/ND-CP in the field of employment under the scope of state management functions of this Ministry.
Accordingly, the decision promulgates 5 provincial-level administrative procedures in the field of employment, the implementing agency is the Provincial People's Committee.
These are: Issuing employment service operating licenses of enterprises operating employment services; Re-issuing employment service operating licenses of enterprises operating employment services; Extending employment service operating licenses of enterprises operating employment services; Revoking employment service operating licenses of enterprises operating employment services; Withdrawing deposits of employment service enterprises.
At the same time, Decision No. 4/QD-BNV also abolishes 5 administrative procedures in Decree No. 352/2025/ND-CP in the field of employment under the state management functions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, implemented by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman and the Department of Home Affairs.
