It lasts 12 months for the following cases: Officers are disciplined; Civil servants are disciplined or dismissed; Officials and employees are disciplined.

Lasting 6 months for cases: cadres, civil servants and workers are disciplined or warned; Disciplined officers warned; Cadres, civil servants, officials and employees are evaluated and ranked by competent authorities at the level that fails to fulfill the assigned tasks every year; In case, during the holding period of 2 consecutive years, it does not complete the assigned task, each year does not complete the assigned tasks lasting 6 months.

3 months lasting for disciplined officials reprimanded.
