Before discussing in the group, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Submission on 4 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.
After that, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs presented the Inspection Report on 5 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber Security; Law on State Secrets Protection (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.
The Minister of Science and Technology, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.
The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Inspection Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.
In the morning, after listening to the Submissions and reviewing the draft laws, the National Assembly will discuss in the Group the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization.
At the same time, the National Assembly will also spend the entire afternoon discussing in groups the draft Law on Cyber Security; the draft Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.
