Authorized by the Secretariat, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, announced and presented the Decision approving Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai hoped that Mr. Tran Huy Phuong would continue to promote his capacity and work experience, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of the province's political tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Mr. Tran Huy Phuong expressed his honor and gratitude to the Secretariat and leaders of the Party and State for trusting and assigning the responsibility of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and thanked the provincial leaders through the periods for their attention and support.
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong hopes to continue to receive timely leadership and direction from the Central Government; Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee... to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, born in 1981, hometown Binh Giang commune, Ninh Binh province. Mr. Phuong has a Master's degree in Political Economics and a Senior degree in Political Theory.
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong has many years of experience working at the Central Inspection Committee, holding the positions of Director, Secretary and Head of the Central Inspection Committee.
In September 2025, Mr. Phuong was appointed by the Secretariat as Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
