Implementing Decree No. 35/2025/ND-CP stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and Resolution No. 02-NQ/dyU of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for the 2020-2025 term, on January 1, Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy decided to appoint leaders and managers of units under the Ministry and advisory and support agencies of the Ministry's Party Committee.
