On July 29, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DTC) of Vinh Long province held a conference to improve the organizational apparatus, announce decisions to appoint leaders and managers at specialized departments and public service units under the Department.
At the conference, Mr. Duong Hoang Sum - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Long - presented the decision to appoint leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent to nearly 70 civil servants and public employees working in 6 specialized departments and 8 public service units under the Department.
In which, the appointed positions include: Chief, Deputy Chief of the Department Office; Head and Deputy Head of specialized departments such as the Department of Tourism Management, Department of Physical Education and Sports Management, Department of Cultural and Family Management, Department of Information Management - Press - Publishing, Department of Planning - Finance; Director and Deputy Director of public service units such as the Cultural Center, Sports Training and Competition Center, Vinh Long Museum, Monument Management Board, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Library, Tourism Promotion Center, Cai Luong Vinh Long Group and Khmer Anh Minh Arts Group...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Hoang Sum - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Long - emphasized that the consolidation of the leadership and management team is an important step in performing new functions and tasks after restructuring the organizational apparatus.
At the same time, he hoped that the appointed officials would promote their capacity, solidarity and responsibility, contributing to the development of the provincial culture, sports and tourism sector.
