On June 26, the Inspection Committee (UBKT) of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee said that it had issued a notice of the results of the 9th Meeting of the UBKT of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered the report proposing disciplinary action against violating Party members and concluded: Mr. Vo Duc Thanh, Party member of Son Loc 1 residential group Party Cell, under the Party Committee of Cu Bao ward, former member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Cu Bao commune for the 2020-2025 term, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Bao commune in the 2022-2025 period; Mr. Hoang Hoai Hung Minh, Party member of Dut hamlet Party Cell, under the Party Committee of Cu Bao ward, specialist of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department of Cu Bao ward, former Accountant of the People's Committee of Cu Bao commune; Mr. Truong Duy Anh, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Sugar Joint Stock Company, violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws in the process of performing assigned responsibilities and tasks.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the violations of the 3 individuals mentioned above have caused very serious consequences, adversely affecting the prestige of the Party organization, local government, agencies, and working units and to the extent that they must be considered and disciplined.
Based on Party regulations, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of expulsion from the Party on Mr. Vo Duc Thanh, Hoang Hoai Hung Minh and Truong Duy Anh.
