Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu clearly stated that currently, the entire Party and the entire political system are focusing on drastically and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, the strategic resolutions of the Politburo. The country is entering a new era, the country's development model has been identified, we are implementing 4 strategic shifts: On building the Party and the political system; On organizing the development space and managing resources; On socio-economics, shifting from growth based heavily on expanding inputs to development based on productivity, knowledge, technology and people; On protecting the country and sustainable development.
Emphasizing the importance of especially emphasizing the work of building and rectifying the Party, associated with building a clean and strong political system in the current period with the task of national development, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu clearly stated the direction of Party building work according to the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
Accordingly, continue to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and comprehensively strong; fight to prevent, push back, and strictly handle cadres and party members who decline in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation".
Promote and create fundamental changes in Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and cadres. Continue to improve and effectively implement the new organizational model.
Consolidate and improve the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization at the grassroots level and the quality of the contingent of party members; strengthen and consolidate the people's trust in the Party.
