Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 1673/QD-TTg dated August 6, 2025 to supplement the list of projects and complete the State Steering Committee for important national projects and works, key projects in the transport sector.
Decision No. 1673/QD-TTg adds to Article 1 of Decision No. 884/QD-TTg dated July 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister on important national projects, key projects in the transport sector as follows:
- Expressway projects: Cho Moi - Bac Kan; Bac Kan - Cao Bang; Hoa Binh - Moc Chau (Km0+00 - Km19+00); Vinh - Thanh Thuy; Cam Lo - Lao Bao; Quang Ngai - Kon Tum; Quy Nhon - Pleiku; Ca Mau - Dat Mui; North - South Expressway expansion projects in the East under the public-private partnership method;
- Expressway expansion projects: Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh, Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong - My Thuan;
- Investment project to build a road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi;
- Road project connecting to Hon Khoai port;
- Hon Khoai Port Project;
- Ca Mau Airport expansion and upgrade project.
At the same time, Decision No. 1673/QD-TTg also adjusts Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision No. 752/QD-TTg dated April 11, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the members of the Steering Committee as follows:
Chairmen of People's Committees of the following provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Da Nang, Can Tho, Lang Son, Son La, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Vinh Long, Tay Ninh, An Giang, Dong Thap, Ca Mau.
The above decision takes effect from August 6, 2025.
