According to Major General Pham Van Than, inheriting and promoting the good and humane traditions of the Vietnamese people, in recent years, the Party and State have repeatedly granted early released prisoners to return to their families and society soon.
Through monitoring and reporting from localities, most of the people who have been granted amnesty and returned have quickly integrated into the community and stabilized their lives. The rate of recidivism and law violations is very low.
The prisoners who are granted amnesty this time need to strive, be brave, overcome difficulties to truly become honest people, stabilize their lives and build a prosperous and happy family.
