In order to focus on the work of preventing, combating and responding to storm No. 3, the Hanoi Party Committee has requested communes and wards to temporarily suspend the organization of congresses.

Due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Wipha) which is forecast to cause strong winds, heavy rain, and the risk of flash floods and landslides, the Hanoi Party Committee has issued urgent dispatch No. 1699-CV/TU on proactively responding to storms in the city.

Based on the actual situation, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee proposed to temporarily not organize the Party Congresses of communes, wards, and affiliated Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term when the storm directly affects Hanoi, in order to focus resources on natural disaster prevention and control.

Implementing the direction in Official Dispatch No. 1699, dated July 22, the Standing Committee of the Phuc Tho Commune Party Committee issued an urgent notice on postponing the organization of the 1st Phuc Tho Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
