    Hanoi - The City People's Council will consider a resolution on the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units.

    On April 29, the Hanoi People's Council held a thematic session (52nd session) to review important contents under its authority.

    Accordingly, the City People's Council will consider the thematic contents: Resolution on the policy of arranging administrative units at the commune level in Hanoi City; The Resolution stipulates the regime of giving gifts to the policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - 2.9.2025) of Hanoi City; Adjust the budget settlement in 2023; Update, adjust the medium-term public investment plan for 5 years 2021-2025 and public investment plan in 2025 at the city level.

    The meeting also considered the investment policy for the following projects: Investment project to build Ngoc Hoi bridge and access roads at both ends of the bridge; Investment project to build a road connecting Tu Lien bridge from the intersection of Tu Lien bridge approach road with Truong Sa road to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway.

    Also at this session, the City People's Council reviewed the contents of legal regulations, including: Resolution regulating the content of expenditures, expenditure levels, and specific support levels to improve the quality of service for people and businesses when performing administrative procedures and public services in Hanoi; Resolution regulating special support policies for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of people with meritorious services receiving monthly allowances from Hanoi; Resolution regulating fines for administrative violations in the field of environmental protection in Hanoi (implementing Clause 1, Article 33 of the Capital Law)...

    In addition, the meeting reviews the following contents: Resolution stipulates the level of fine for administrative violations in the field of land in Hanoi City (implemented Clause 1, Article 33 of the Capital Law); The Resolution stipulates the order and procedures for establishment, adjustment and expansion of the high -tech park boundaries and implementing a number of competence of the Management Board of the High -Tech Park and the City Industrial Park (the previous name is: The Resolution stipulates the establishment and operation of the High -Tech Park) (Point a, Clause 1; Points a, B, C and d, Clause 3, Article 24 of the Capital Law in 2024) ...
