The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee has just reported the results of the implementation of organizing the collection of opinions, synthesizing comments from cadres, party members and people into the Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
The report said that, implementing the Central Government's directives on organizing the collection of opinions and synthesis of comments from cadres, party members and people in the Draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, localities, agencies and units have closely followed the Central Government's direction, implemented rich and flexible forms of propaganda, suitable to actual conditions, ensuring that all classes of people (inside and outside the country) have the opportunity to access and contribute opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
During the period from October 15, 2025 to November 6, 2025, the organization of collecting comments from cadres, party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party was seriously, urgently, synchronously and achieved positive results by provincial committees, city party committees and party committees directly under the Central Government:
Total number of conferences, seminars, and seminars to collect comments from cadres, party members, and people: 3,908; number of comments: 127,584 opinions.
Number of comments via VNeID application: 2,131,376 comments
Number of written comments through the letter and newspaper system: 1,722 comments.
Number of comments through the online comments collection system of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee: 240,583 comments.

Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party: 1,169,638 comments
Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented innovation in the past 40 years in Vietnam: 792,533 comments.
Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025) and proposing and guiding the addition and amendment of the Party Charter: 538,572 comments.
Other opinions (on layout, form...): 522 comments.
The report of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee said that cadres, party members and people all highly agreed with the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, assessed that the draft was carefully prepared, comprehensive, reflecting reality, having high vision and generality. The People's Public highly appreciates the spirit of innovation in integrating three important documents into political reports, demonstrating innovative, scientific and practical thinking; helping cadres, party members and people easily grasp the country situation and the results of the Party's leadership and direction in the past term.
