On the afternoon of October 27, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a launching ceremony for the emulation campaign to achieve achievements to successfully celebrate the 1st Party Congress of Hung Yen province, term 2025-2030, towards celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party, accelerating the completion of socio-economic development goals in 2025.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Ha Tien Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, disseminated Plan No. 91/KH-UBND dated October 21, 2025 on organizing the emulation campaign, to be implemented from October 21 to December 31, 2025.
The goal of the emulation period is to promote the tradition of patriotism and the combined strength of the entire political system, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in all fields, successfully completing the goals and tasks according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council emphasized that this is the final stage, it is necessary to accelerate and make a breakthrough to reach the finish line. The emulation period focuses on 6 key groups of tasks, in which priority is given to removing difficulties in site clearance, speeding up the progress of key projects and works; disbursing public investment capital, mobilizing all resources, striving for GRDP growth in 2025 to reach 10.5%.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Than also proposed to focus on building a stable two-level government apparatus, improving the effectiveness of administrative service centers, applying information technology, developing culture, education, health, ensuring social security, national defense - security and recruiting citizens to join the army in 2026. At the same time, innovate emulation movements, discover, nurture and replicate advanced models, good people, good deeds, good models.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province called on all levels, sectors, businesses and people to promote the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism", strive to compete with the motto "High determination - Strong action - Real efficiency", contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, building Hung Yen rich, civilized and prosperous.
Ms. Dang Thi Chien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Mr. Tran Minh Hai - Director of Project Management Board No. 1, affirmed that they will coordinate with departments, branches and localities to effectively organize a patriotic emulation movement, spread to each household, promote solidarity and democracy, care for people's lives, strengthen the grassroots political system, improve the effectiveness of the Front work, honor typical advanced examples and create a deep competitive atmosphere in the whole province.
