On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the evening of February 5, in Hanoi, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense organized a political art program with the theme "Loyalty to the Party, filial piety to the people" and launched a writing contest about the glorious Party and great Uncle Ho with the theme "Steadfast steps under the Party Flag".
Attending the program were Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Senior General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense.
Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense.
The political art program with the theme "Loyalty to the Party, filial piety to the people" aims to review the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, pay tribute to generations of revolutionary soldiers; arouse and foster people's trust and pride in the Party.
The program also aims to strengthen the strength of national solidarity, create consensus among cadres, soldiers of the entire army and the whole society for the comprehensive national renewal initiated and led by our Party.
Also at the program, implementing the direction of the Central Military Commission and the Head of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army launched a press contest with the theme "Steadfast steps under the Party Flag", assigning the People's Army Newspaper to host the organization.
The contest aims to widely propagate to cadres, party members, soldiers and people of all walks of life the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh; affirm the position, role, prestige, leadership capacity, governance and fighting strength of the Party throughout the Vietnamese revolutionary journey;
Arouse and foster the trust and pride of cadres, soldiers and people in the Party and State; strengthen the strength of national solidarity, create social consensus on the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws;
Encourage and motivate our cadres, party members and people to overcome all difficulties and challenges, seize opportunities and chances, and successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the 13th National Party Congress;
Successfully organize party congresses at all levels towards the 12th Military Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, bringing the country into a new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
