Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 2130/QD-TTg dated September 24, 2025 on the completion of members of the Government Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06.
According to the decision, the members of the Government Steering Committee on science, technology, innovation, digital transformation development and Project 06 are supplemented and completed as follows:
1. Add Mr. Le Hoai Trung - Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, member of the Steering Committee.
2. Add Mr. Tran Duc Thang - Acting Minister of Agriculture and Environment, member of the Steering Committee to replace Mr. Do Duc Duy.
3. Add Mr. Le Van Loi - Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, member of the Steering Committee to replace Mr. Phan Chi Hieu.
4. Add Mr. Vu Hai Quan - Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, member of the Steering Committee to replace Mr. Pham Duc Long.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (September 24, 2025).
