Accordingly, at the 3rd conference, term XV (term 2024 - 2029) held on October 8, the Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province approved the announcement of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and introduction of Mr. Phan Sy Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee to join the Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, term XV, term 2024 - 2029.
The conference also announced the decision to transfer and appoint the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province - Mr. Le Van Ngoc to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee.
Mr. Phan Sy Cuong (born in 1977) has held the following positions: Secretary of the Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province; Deputy Head of the General Division - Office of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee (Nghe An).
