National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed and issued Resolution No. 66/2025/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee amending and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 on approving the salary table for positions and position allowance tables for State leaders;
The professional and technical salary table for the Court and Procuracy has been amended and supplemented with a number of contents according to Resolution No. 823/2009/UBTVQH12, Resolution No. 973/2015/UBTVQH13 and Resolution No. 1212/2016/UBTVQH12.
The Resolution resolves to amend and supplement a number of contents of the Notes in the professional and technical salary table of the Court and Procuracy sectors issued with the Resolution.
Accordingly, the phrase "Senior Judge" is replaced by the phrase "Jury of the People's Court, level 3".
Replace the phrase "Jury of the People's Court at the provincial level" with the phrase "Jury of the People's Court at level 2".
Replace the phrase "District People's Court Judge" with the phrase "Jury of the People's Court, Level 1".
Replace the phrase "Clerk of the Court" with the phrase "Clerk".
Add the phrase "Skilled Secretary" after the phrase "Skilled Inspector".
Add the phrase "main examiner" after the phrase "main examiner".
Add the content: "Senior Judge, Intermediate Judge, Primary Judge when transferred to Judge of the People's Court level 3, Judge of the People's Court level 2, Judge of the People's Court level 1 will be transferred to salary corresponding to the salary coefficient they are receiving".
At the same time, the Resolution also resolved to amend and supplement the titles and allowance coefficient in Section g and Section i, Point 11, Clause I of the position allowance table for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies issued with the Resolution.
This Resolution takes effect from February 6, 2025.
The Government, the Supreme People's Court and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Resolution.
