On the morning of February 26, the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Attending were Mr. Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises and leaders of Binh Thuan province.
At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat to decide on the transfer, rotation, and appointment of Mr. Do Huu Huy, Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and introduced him to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province for the 2021-2026 term.
On behalf of the Central Organizing Committee, Mr. Do Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the decision to Mr. Do Huu Huy, the new Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee and gave a speech.
"I request comrade Do Huu Huy to continue to promote his experience, capacity, and bravery, quickly integrate and grasp the local situation. In his new position, he needs to respectfully inherit and promote the traditions and experiences of previous leaders, listen to the opinions of all classes of people, closely follow the grassroots; Dedicate, expenditure, innovate both thinking and working methods, together with the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee united, joined hands, and unanimously lead and direct to strive to achieve the economic growth target", Mr. Do Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, promised to make every effort, uphold pioneering and exemplary qualities; together with the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee and the entire political system of Binh Thuan province to uphold the tradition of solidarity, unity, seize opportunities, promote collective intelligence, creativity, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges to excellently complete the goals in the 14th Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Resolution.
The new Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy (born in 1980, from Hai Phong) has a Master's degree in Economic Management, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and a high level of political theory. Previously, Mr. Do Huu Huy held many positions at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises.
