    Mr. Nguyen Tri Thuc resigned from the position of Deputy Minister of Health to resign voluntarily.

    Politburo Member, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc has just signed Decision No. 1833/QD-TTg dated September 23, 2026 of the Prime Minister on resigning from the position of Deputy Minister of Health.

    According to Decision No. 1833/QD-TTg, Mr. Nguyen Tri Thuc resigned from the position of Deputy Minister of Health to resign voluntarily.

    This decision takes effect from the date of signing (September 23, 2026).

    Mr. Nguyen Tri Thuc was born on September 16, 1973, hometown: Cat Tan commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province (old). Political theory level: Advanced. Professional qualifications: Doctor of Internal Medicine; Specialist Doctor II; Bachelor of English.

    He used to be Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the grassroots bloc of the Ministry of Health; Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City; National Assembly Deputy of the XV term.

    He was appointed by the Prime Minister to the position of Deputy Minister of Health from June 2024.
