According to regulations, after 15 days of announcing the results, the Chairman of the State Council of Professors will sign a decision to recognize and grant certificates of meeting the standards for the titles of professor and associate professor to the candidates. This decision will expire after 5 years if the candidate is not appointed to a position at a higher education institution.

He has held many key positions such as Director of Cho Ray Hospital, General Director of Cho Ray Hospital Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and Member of the 15th National Assembly.
After more than 20 years of working in the cardiovascular industry, Dr. Thuc has been at the forefront of researching and applying modern techniques such as His spinal cord creator, heart resynchronization machine (CRT), vibration reducer (ICD), and works on non-compatible ABO kidney transplantation, organ donation coordination and treatment of heart rhythm disorder.
He has published 56 scientific articles, including 9 in prestigious international journals, contributing to improving the quality of cardiovascular disease treatment in Vietnam.
With many contributions to the medical industry, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister (2012), the title of Meritorious Doctor 2017 and Emulation Fighter of the Health Sector (2020, 2023).
In addition to management and research, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tri Thuc also actively teaches and trains the young generation of doctors, contributing to the development of a high-quality professional team for the health sector.
