Mr. Pham Van Thieu re-elected Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Council

At the meeting, delegates of the Provincial People's Council conducted the election of key positions according to regulations. As a result, Mr. Pham Van Thieu - Chairman of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 - continued to be trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2026 - 2031.

The Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council include Mr. Bui Tan Bay, Ms. Le Thi Nhung and Mr. Phan Hoang Vu. The session also proceeded to elect the Heads of the Boards of the Provincial People's Council according to regulations.

In the working program, the Provincial People's Council listened to the Provincial Election Commission report on the election results of the People's Council deputies and confirmed the qualifications of the Provincial People's Council deputies for the 2026 - 2031 term.
