Launching the 11th National Award for Foreign Information

On June 12, in Hanoi, the Steering Committee for Foreign Information Work, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and Vietnam Television held the Launching Ceremony of the 11th National Award for Foreign Information.

The launching ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Steering Committee for Foreign Information Work.

Also attending were Mr. Pham Tat Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Foreign Information Work; Mr. Le Hai Binh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

According to Mr. Pham Tat Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, over 10 times of organization, the National Award for Foreign Information has affirmed its role as an activity of profound political and social significance, contributing to honoring and encouraging collectives and individuals to actively participate in foreign information work.

In 2025, the National Award for Foreign Information will enter its 11th season. The award will continue to be innovated, creative, in line with the flow of the times, directly implementing Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW, dated June 15, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation; effectively contributing to the implementation of Resolution 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on "international integration in the new situation" - one of the four breakthrough pillars to firmly bring the country into a new era of development - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise, for peace, independence, democracy, prosperity, prosperity, civilization, happiness, firmly moving towards socialism. At the same time, vividly reflect the development achievements and results of implementing the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

The works/products considered for the Award in the year are works/products published on mass media; published, distributed, published, created, applied domestically and internationally, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. For works/products released before or after the above time, there must be 2/3 of the time and quantity of works/products published within the prescribed time limit.
