In the journey to enter a new era of the nation, propaganda work continues to raise new issues and new context to accompany the revolutionary cause of the Party, worthy of the propaganda role of "going ahead - paving the way, going along - developing, going behind - summarizing".
Speaking with Lao Dong, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Duy Quat - former Deputy Head of the Central Committee for ideology and Culture - said that the historical responsibility of Propaganda and mass mobilization (essentially ideological work) in the Party's leadership activities in the new era of national development is an important contribution to the successful implementation of the goals set by our Party.

Continuously improving the effectiveness of ideological work
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Duy Quat, due to its very important geopolitical and geoeconomic position, in the context of globalization and the current 4.0 revolution, Vietnam is being affected very quickly, very strongly, very complexly, and in many ways at many levels, comprehensively in all fields, including cultural ideological work with all three components: theoretical work, education and propaganda work, and propaganda and encouragement work.
In the same discussion, Dr. Le Trung Kien - Ho Chi Minh Institute and Party leaders - analyzed that the problem for theoretical work is to innovate and elevate the level of theoretical thinking to properly recognize the laws of movement of productive forces, proactively build more suitable and deeper progressive production relations, correctly position and determine the economic strategy, economic growth model, industrialization - modernization strategy, cultural revival strategy, comprehensive development of Vietnamese people, fairness strategy, social progress in this period.

When the media changes dramatically as it is today, ideological work, propaganda work, and mass mobilization must also change accordingly to always maintain and constantly improve the effectiveness of ideological work.
Experts also believe that, from the initial successes and limitations in the application of digital technology, it is necessary to draw profound experience, study carefully and closely with the implementation of Resolution 57 of the Politburo, focusing on perfecting the plan and roadmap for synchronous and smooth digital transformation in the entire system of ideological - propaganda and mass mobilization work nationwide.
