Assigned and transferred Ms. Phung Phuong Thao - Head of the Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center to work at the Hang Trong Ward Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Hang Trong Ward Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Hoan Kiem District also announced decisions on organization, cadres, and rearrangement of the Party organization apparatus under the District Party Committee and specialized departments under the District People's Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem District Vu Dang Dinh emphasized that the decisions on organization, cadres, and rearrangement of the Party organization apparatus under the District Party Committee and the specialized departments under the District People's Committee are an important step to implement the Central Government's policy on innovation and streamlining the apparatus. Thereby, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the district's political system.
The arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus not only helps improve operational efficiency but also ensures synchronous coordination between units, meeting the development requirements of the district in the new period.
Mr. Vu Dang Dinh also emphasized that, along with announcing decisions on the organization of the apparatus, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee have issued decisions on personnel work, ensuring the new apparatus operates effectively, efficiently and smoothly from March 1, 2025.
The District Party Secretary acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, political determination, support and solidarity of all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the units that were arranged and merged to establish a new organizational model.
Mr. Vu Dang Dinh emphasized that the restructuring of the apparatus is not only in line with the development practices of the Capital and Hoan Kiem District but also more clearly demonstrates the comprehensive leadership role of the Party, the management and operation role of the government in the fields of politics, economy - society, national defense - security.
Mr. Dinh hopes that after receiving the new assignment, the cadres will soon start implementing the work, contributing to the excellent completion of the political tasks of Hoan Kiem district in the new development stage.
