The Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal is the official information channel of the Communist Party of Vietnam on cyberspace. This is not only a simple information channel but also a multi-dimensional platform, effectively serving the work of Party building, orienting public opinion and connecting with cadres, party members and the masses.

As the " voting of the Party", the Party's Electronic Information Portal provides a comprehensive picture of the activities of the Party and State leaders, from important policies, guidelines, and resolutions to the daily activities of the Party Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat, and central agencies.

The monitoring and evaluation system of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW is an information system serving the collection, updating, synthesizing, displaying, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the implementation of assigned tasks under Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the results of the implementation of the Resolution.

The system of monitoring and evaluating Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW includes the Key Strategy System of key groups of tasks and fields assigned by Party committees, ministries, branches and localities; the results index of the implementation of the Resolution; the performance index measuring the progress of solutions; the index measuring the level of task and solution completion. The system also has a mechanism to allow the implementation of new ideas, technologies, and policies in a limited environment for assessment before widespread application and is implemented on the principle of "correct, complete, clean, and alive", data must be accurate, complete, errors can be handled, and updated regularly and continuously.

An information system for receiving and processing recommendations and solutions for initiatives to develop science, technology, tourism and national trade unions is built. This is an information system to support the activities of receiving, classifying, processing, and publicizing the results of handling recommendations and innovative solutions of organizations and individuals related to difficulties, obstacles, and barriers related to the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. At the same time, this is also a channel to receive proposals for initiatives and solutions to adjust and perfect the Party's guidelines and orientations; the State's mechanisms, policies, laws and administrative procedures related to this field, although not new, are full of creativity.

The system also has space for online discussion for members of the Steering Committee, National Advisory Council, managers, experts, and scientists to exchange and give advice; comment and give comments on the received feedback, recommendations, and initiatives or fields and topics related to science, technology, technology, and national innovation.
