In Ho Chi Minh City, this locality has requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to organize a review and overall assessment of the quality, qualifications, and capacity of the contingent of local government officials and civil servants at the commune level; complete standards and criteria for arranging and assigning officials and civil servants according to job positions.
