This morning (February 11), in Hanoi, the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term held its first conference. Politburo member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies chaired the conference.
The conference heard the announcement of the Politburo's decisions: Decision No. 242-QD/TW, dated January 24, 2025 on the establishment of Party Committees of Central Party agencies; Decision No. 1891-QDNS/TW, dated January 24, 2025 on the appointment of members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; Decision No. 248-QD/TW, dated January 24, 2025 on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies.
At the Conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the establishment of advisory agencies to assist the Party Committees of Central Party agencies; the establishment of Party Committees of agencies and Party cells directly under the Party Committees of Central Party agencies; the consolidation of Party organizations and Party committees directly under the Party Committees of Central Party agencies; the working regulations of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; the appointment of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; the working regulations of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committees of Central Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term...
The conference voted to pass the Resolution of the First Conference of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies.
Speaking at the Conference, Politburo member and Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that 2025 is a very important year for implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. From now until the 14th National Party Congress, the tasks set for the Party Committee and each subordinate Party Committee are very heavy, requiring very high political determination to successfully carry out the assigned tasks.
From the Resolution of the Conference, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested that subordinate Party committees, especially Party committee secretaries and heads at all levels in the Party Committee, focus on leading, directing, concretizing and effectively implementing Party building work in the entire Party Committee, first of all, consolidating and perfecting the organizational apparatus of Party committees, agencies and units, putting them into operation soon, leaving no gaps and not interrupting assigned work.

Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested to focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions, conclusions, directives, regulations and decisions of the Central Committee, Politburo and Secretariat; synchronously and effectively carry out the key leadership and direction tasks of the Politburo and Secretariat in 2025.
The subordinate Party committees continue to lead and direct the drastic implementation of Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues to continue innovating and rearranging the organizational apparatus of the streamlined political system for effective and efficient operations".
Complete the organization of agencies; specify the Party's policies and regulations; review, amend, supplement and complete regulations on the organization and operation of agencies, ensuring continuous, effective, efficient, uninterrupted and omission-free operation; pay special attention to decentralization, delegation of authority, clearly defining the responsibilities and tasks of each organization and individual. The subordinate Party Committees focus on leading and directing Party Committees and organizations to quickly stabilize the organization and apparatus to start operating right from the first days of the year.
The subordinate Party Committees shall lead and direct the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and Conclusion 118-KL/TW on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35-CT/TW; proactively and actively prepare to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels within the Party Committee and the first Congress of Party Committees of Central Party agencies towards the 14th National Party Congress.
