At the same time, the Department of Legal Affairs and Science Management and the Department of Organization and Personnel were assigned to proactively coordinate with relevant units of the Supreme People's Procuracy to study and propose the content and model of the District-level Court organization in accordance with the policy of streamlining the apparatus, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency to report to the Party Committee and the leaders of the Supreme People's Court for comments in early March 2025 and complete the specific plan before April 30, 2025.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court also assigned Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court - to direct the Department of Director of Criminal Inspection to coordinate with relevant units to draft regulations on the reporting process on the settlement and trial of cases and incidents under the supervision and direction of the Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; organize the collection of comments for signing and promulgation.
The Deputy Chiefs of the People's Court of the evening directed the Inspection Departments under their assignment to urgently study and propose the development of a reporting process for cases and incidents that have a great impact on the security and order situation and incidents of public concern... in the direction of strengthening control of the implementation of tasks and ensuring that the Courts properly perform their duties and authority according to regulations.
In addition, the Organizing - Personnel Department urgently advises on a plan to perfect the organizational apparatus of Court units according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of People's Courts 2024 to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations; promptly perfect the arrangement of qualified and capable staff to meet the requirements of working tasks.
Coordinate with the Department of Inspection to review and propose a plan to transfer newly recruited civil servants to work at local Courts; propose the transfer and secondment of civil servants and judges with experience from local Courts and High-level Courts to take up duties at the Departments of Inspection Directors.
The Planning and Finance Department advises the leaders of the Supreme People's Court in directing the Courts to strictly implement regulations on authority and responsibility in managing public finance and assets to ensure savings and efficiency.
Along with that, Chief Justice Le Minh Tri also requested units to strengthen international cooperation to improve the efficiency of the Court's operations.
