The Government has just issued Decree 33/2025 regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction, effective from March 1.
Accordingly, the groups of tasks and powers of the new Ministry of Construction are as follows:

Submit to the Government draft laws, draft resolutions of the National Assembly, draft laws, draft resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee; draft decrees and resolutions of the Government according to the approved annual law-making program and plan of the Ministry and resolutions, projects, projects and programs assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister; submit to the Government and the Prime Minister strategic, planning, projects and plans for long-term, medium-term, annual development and important national projects and works under the state management of the Ministry and according to the provisions of law.
