According to the report, Ha Tinh province's economic growth in 2024 has not met the set plan. Industry has not recovered clearly. Agricultural products are not diverse and have low value.
Some tourism and service projects are slow to implement. The disbursement progress of some projects, national target programs and provincially managed capital is still low.
The reason is that although the economy has recovered, it still faces many difficulties; the market, resources and production and business activities of enterprises, especially large enterprises, are greatly affected.
Some current legal regulations on investment, construction, and land still have overlaps and have not been resolved. The number of pending cases is large, and the handling of some pending cases from previous periods is still stuck due to lack of basis and specific legal regulations.
Subjectively: The leadership, direction, and organization of assigned tasks of some Party committees, authorities, and localities are not resolute.
Some departments and branches have not coordinated effectively in implementing their tasks, still pushing and avoiding, and not creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.
A number of officials lack enthusiasm and responsibility in performing public duties and solving problems for people and businesses.
The fear of making mistakes, avoidance, shirking, and fear of responsibility in handling work of a number of cadres and civil servants has not been effectively overcome.
