According to the Hai Duong Provincial Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in the province by the end of November 15 is estimated at VND25,286 billion, bringing the total state budget revenue from the beginning of the year to November 30 to an estimated VND25,885 billion, equal to 131.8% of the year's estimate, up 35.8% over the same period last year; of which, domestic revenue is estimated at VND21,975 billion, and revenue through Customs is VND3,841 billion.
Total state budget expenditure from the beginning of the year to November 15 is estimated at VND18,798 billion, raising the total state budget expenditure estimated at November 30 to VND19,455 billion, equal to 121.9% over the same period; of which, development investment expenditure reached VND6,476 billion, regular expenditure reached VND12,937 billion.
According to the Hai Duong Provincial Statistics Office, banking activities in the area are stable, fully meeting the service needs of organizations and individuals; credit continues to focus on priority sectors and fields, production and business according to the direction of the Government and the industry, and strict control over potentially risky areas.
Along with that, promoting propaganda and effectively implementing credit programs and policies, solutions to remove difficulties for customers; bad debt under control; fully meeting cash needs for circulation; digital transformation and non-cash payments continue to be promoted; improving the investment and business environment, enhancing competitiveness continue to be of interest; charity and social security work is actively carried out.
Total mobilized capital is estimated at VND209,499 billion, up 10.7%; outstanding credit balance is VND145,810 billion, up 12.9% over the same period last year. Credit quality is well controlled, bad debt on the balance sheet accounts for 0.9% of total outstanding debt.
